Terry Michael “Mike” Fister - Owner

Mike Fister, son of Vincent Fister, started working at his father’s company when he was just 12 years old. He continued his employment with the company while attending the University of Kentucky, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce/Accounting in 1966. In 1975, at the age of 30, Mike, a United States Army veteran, assumed operational leadership of the family business and has continued leading it since. Under Mike’s leadership, Vincent Fister, Inc. has become one of the largest moving and storage companies in Central Kentucky, today employing more than 100 employees. The Vincent Fister name is known for its integrity and quality service not only in Kentucky but throughout the United States. 

Anita Willoughby–President

Anita Willoughby joined Vincent Fister, Inc., in 1990 as the payroll clerk after graduating magna cum laude from Morehead State University. Since that time Anita has held positions in all aspects of the Accounting Department, including Information Technology. Anita was named Vice President of Accounting in 2001. She currently is the longest tenured full-time employee with the exception of Mike Fister. Her years of experience and significant knowledge of the business make Anita an exceptionally valuable member of the Vincent Fister team. Anita has played a vital role in the company’s growth over the past 30 years. Anita was named President in July of 2024.

Kristi West–Vice President of Administration & Safety

Kristi West graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Kentucky in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She first worked for Vincent Fister, Inc. from 1993 to 2000, starting in the accounting department. Over the course of her employment, she worked in claims management, insurance, office administration, and human resources and was named Vice President of Administration in 1997. Kristi returned to the company in 2019 and currently oversees safety, administration, and human resources.
